We can help with most of the computer problems that small business and home PC users encounter. We have worked with computers in most forms since the early 1980's when the very first PC emerged. By patiently applying our experience, we can meet most common IT needs.
We do not sell computers therefore we are able to give impartial advice about where to purchase a new computer, printer, USB devices and software packages. When your new computer system arrives, we can help with on-site setup, getting your broadband internet connection and email working properly. Then we assist with installing internet security packages including anti-virus, spam-filter, pop-up blocker and firewall.
We can transfer files and settings from your old PC, even if it has stopped working we can often recover data that can be reloaded to the new PC.
Reputation
Since 1997, we have been providing a personal service to home and business computer users, predominantly in Lochaber although we help a number of customers further afield.
We win new clients by word-of-mouth recommendation and generally have no need to advertise.
